Becoming Mrs. Lewis by Patti Callahan

Becoming Mrs. Lewis tells the story of how Joy Davidman writes to C.S. Lewis and their correspondence changes both their lives. Joy moves to England and actually influences some of the works that C.S.Lewis has written. She eventually marries C.S. Lewis and her two sons then have a step dad. This book is well researched and uses some of the letters archived at the Wade Center. I appreciated learning more about both Joy Davidman and C.S. Lewis. An interview with the author, Patti Callahan, is available as a podcast at the Wade Center: https://www.wheaton.edu/listen/wade-center-podcast/
